Abstrak

Child abuse is a form of painful and detrimental treatment in terms of physical, emotional, and mental for the child victim, acts of violence against children can be committed by anyone, including perpetrators who are also included in the category of children. In sentencing child perpetrators, they often get sentences that are not proportional to the losses of the child victim, this raises questions regarding the application of the principle of justice.
