Abstrak

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is currently always the main topic of discussion in
the corporate/business environment and is the focus of regulators, investors, creditors and other
stakeholders in all aspects of the company. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is currently not
voluntary but mandatory for several companies, including employees, to carry out or implement it.
This is regulated in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UU PT),
Article 74 of the Limited Liability Company Law Paragraphs1-3. The research method used in
preparing this journal is legal research based on the Library Research method. The search in
question is looking for correct knowledge in the form of secondary, primary and tertiary legal
materials that can be used to answer questions from ignorance or solve certain problems and aims
to find answers systematically, methodologically, consistently, with certain thoughts. The
formulation of the problem taken in this research is: 1. Has BCA implemented Good Governance
Governance by providing social responsibility to its employees? 2. What social responsibilities
does BCA provide to its employees?
