Abstrak

Abstrak: Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan doubletrack system pada ketentuan pidana yang berada di Indonesia beserta perannya dalam urgensi pembaharuan hukum pidana di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan penelitian normatif melalui peraturan perundang-undangan dan berbagai literatur, penulis berusaha menelaah permasalahan tersebut. Hasil dari penulisan ini menunjukan telah adanya penerapan doubletrack system dalam pengaturan pidana di Indonesia, dan krusialnya peran yang diberikan oleh doubletrack system dalam pembaharuan hukum pidana di Indonesia yang menganut keseimbangan monodualistik terutama pada sektor pemidanaan baik bagi pihak yang terlibat dalam suatu peristiwa pidana ataupun bagi praktisi dan lembaga yang berhubungan dengan pemidanaan itu sendiri.

Abstract: Human Rights are the basic rights given at birth to every human being. During this reformation, Discussions and debates have been held around human rights.Human rights are inalienable normative components.Since human rights are a gift from God that ought to be honored, preserved, and maintained, they are theoretically significant. The Almighty God, who created all beings, has inalienable human rights. This study employs a research methodology designed to increase public understanding of the value of preserving human rights and the workings of human rights protection. The study analyzes current legislation to find obstacles and gaps in the implementation of human rights. Engage with human rights commissions and environmental organizations to support human rights when making environmental decisions. Human contagious corona virus is a novel strain of the corona virus family. Although the virus primarily affects the elderly, it can also afflict infants, children, adults, pregnant women, and nursing moms. In late December 2019, a coronavirus infection known as COVID-19, or Corona Virus Disease 2019, first surfaced in Wuhan, China. This paper describes the COVID-19 pandemic and Indonesia's response to it. It talks about how COVID-19 is spreading throughout Indonesia, the characteristics of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and how the government is addressing the economic and health issues posed by the pandemic.
