PERAN DAN TUGAS POKOK SERTA FUNGSI PANITERA MUDA PIDANA DI PENGADILAN MILITER I-02 MEDAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran, tugas pokok, dan fungsi Panitera Muda Pidana di Pengadilan Militer I-02 Medan sebagai pelaksana utama pengelolaan administrasi perkara pidana militer. Pengadilan Militer memiliki peran penting dalam menegakkan hukum dan disiplin di lingkungan militer dengan prosedur yang ketat. Panitera Muda Pidana bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan administrasi perkara mulai dari pendaftaran, pemeriksaan kelengkapan, pengaturan jadwal sidang, pencatatan persidangan, hingga penyimpanan dan pendokumentasian putusan. Peran ini menjamin kelancaran, ketertiban, dan transparansi proses peradilan serta koordinasi efektif antar pihak yang terlibat. Dengan mematuhi kode etik dan regulasi, Panitera Muda Pidana mendukung kecepatan dan keakuratan penyelesaian perkara sesuai ketentuan hukum militer, memperkuat profesionalisme dan akuntabilitas sistem peradilan militer. Hasil kajian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif yang bermanfaat untuk pengembangan sistem peradilan militer ke depan.

This study examines the role, main duties, and functions of the Criminal Junior Registrar at the I-02 Medan Military Court as the main implementer of the management of military criminal case administration. Military Courts have an important role in enforcing law and discipline in a military environment with strict procedures. The Junior Criminal Registrar is responsible for the management of case administration starting from registration, completeness checks, arranging trial schedules, recording trials, to storing and documenting decisions. This role ensures the smoothness, order, and transparency of the judicial process as well as effective coordination between the parties involved. By complying with the code of ethics and regulations, the Criminal Junior Registrar supports the speed and accuracy of case resolution in accordance with the provisions of military law, strengthening the professionalism and accountability of the military justice system. The results of this study provide a comprehensive picture that is useful for the development of the military justice system in the future.
